This project required a comprehensive gut and remodel of two older affordable housing buildings that consisted of 43 units. The renovation included new bathrooms, kitchens, finishes, and electrical and mechanical systems. The exterior received new windows, stairs, mansards, balconies roofing, site asphalt, concrete and landscaping. The building was unoccupied during the remodel. This project was 9% LIHTC funded and met the Enterprise Green Communities requirements.
