New Housing for Lakewood

Thank you to the hard work of the Taylor Kohrs, Metro West Housing Solutions and Shopworks Architecture team to complete the beautiful and vibrant Indy Street Flats affordable housing community! This unique community is comprised of a rehabbed 1950’s Masonic Lodge with micro units, the renovation of Belmont Manor with two bedroom units, and the construction of the new 3-and 4-story Indy Flats building with a combination of one, two and three bedroom units.
