Taylor Kohrs teamed with Studio 646 and Foothills Regional Housing to provide the budget and successful application for the 4% LIHTC financing for the renovation of Caesar Square Apartments in Wheat Ridge, CO. The 79,775 sf, 108 unit complex with 5 ADA compliant units across 5 buildings was originally built in the 1970s and sits on a 4.8-acre site. This rehabilitation project required demolition and abatement in order to upgrade and improve the unit interiors. All units received new, modernized bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures and doors. Construction assisted in modernizing the property and its amenities to enhance resident safety and to spark a sense of community while improving the quality of life for residents. Site improvements and reconfigurations included a new 2,105 sf community building, trash enclosure, parking lot, park, basketball court, and reconfiguration of landscaping.
