Taylor Kohrs partnered with Tomecek Studio Architecture to expand the existing Centennial Center Park, an 11-acre award-winning park adjacent to the Centennial Civic Center. This 4-acre expansion project included erecting a new pavilion and gathering space, shade shelters, and a folly structure gazebo, as well as relocating existing shade structures and constructing entirely new restroom facilities. Additional improvements included new landscaped walking paths, new recreational green space, and expanded additional guest parking. The use of natural site boulders and stone veneer were used throughout the park to match the existing site aesthetics and utilities & irrigation systems were connected to the existing park system for continuity.
