Taylor Kohrs and Godden Sudik Architects partnered with ELKCO Properties on a new turn-key development project in Parker, Colorado that transformed 13 acres of native land into multi-family market-rate rental units. There are 78 units total distributed across 14 separate buildings configured into three 4-plex structures and eleven 6-plex structures with garages prepped for EV charging capabilities. A mix of two- and three-bedroom units are available with a mixture of four unique floor plans available for renters.
At the core of this community lies a vibrant clubhouse, complemented by amenities such as carports, a pool and veranda, fitness center, and shared community spaces. Work completed involved grading and earthwork, utilities, coordination with public utility services, application of building wrap for weather protection, fire-resistant roofing, and MEP building distribution systems. Unit work included drywall, casework, finish carpentry, painting, flooring, designer fixtures, and covered patios.
