Taylor Kohrs teamed with D.R. Horton and Godden Sudik Architects to build a new community pool, clubhouse, and two dog parks for the Vantage development in Berthoud, CO.
This project features a new 1,080 SF wood framed clubhouse with a community room, restrooms, a storage/mechanical equipment room, a pool equipment storage room. The 6,300 SF pool has 10,000 SF of patio and pool deck with a splash pad for children and families to enjoy, all enclosed in perimeter fencing for privacy and safety. The two dog parks are 2,500 SF combined and feature shade structures with enclosed perimeter fencing. Landscaping and irrigation systems are also included in the scope of work.
Taylor Kohrs provided successful traffic control through the neighborhood and was responsible for extending all utilities to the project including gas, power, water, sewer, and all sediment/erosion control.
